Today I'm taking a day off my life. Rest from the blinding city lights, clear my mind of all the shit it's filled with. Forget about work and afterwork. Be a a beloved son and not a lonely single. And sleep, and eat, and laugh, and enjoy life for what it is and not for what it could be. Get real, as they say.
This is not an escape, this is a breathe.
